Our aim is to provide an on-line research facility to assist the average pet owner/ serious breeder /
enthusiast trace the ancestral roots of their dog/s and/or those of others.
Our emphasis is on providing information on Australian bloodlines.

This site has the potential to become an invaluable tool for the Bernese Owner/Breeder/Enthusiast.
It has only been made possible with the commitment of a dedicated few and the contributions of many.
Without everyone’s help, it would never have gotten off the ground.

We are always looking for partial or entire databases to merge into this one. Most databases can be
converted into a format compliant with this one and everyone who uses this service will be grateful for the donation.

are only to be used as a resource whilst researching the breed and are not
to be republished in anyway.
Bernerped is a non profit organisation and has accepted these photos in good
faith however if we have included photos that you do not wished to be
utilised or are under any copyright at all, please could you advise us and
we will remove the photo immediately.
Our intention is to share as much information as is possible to benefit the
future of our beautiful breed, should you have any further photos that you
would like to swap for one already on the site or any additional pictures,

ABOUT THIS DATABASE

This database first went online in January 2002.
It is maintained through the Breedmate Pro Program and the scripting is compliments of Alfirin Technologies.

A big thanks needs to go to David Sharman for getting the entry form working. and also his help with displaying the Health data.
